About Nicole

Nicole DePalma, MS CCC-SLP is the owner of NDoscopy Dysphagia Specialists. She received her bachelor’s degree at Georgetown University and her master’s degree at NY Medical College in Speech-Language Pathology. She has over 15 years of clinical experience working with patients with dysphagia including the medically complex such as those with tracheostomy and mechanical ventilation.

Nicole provides tracheostomy consulting for developing and implementing new protocols, performance improvement strategies, and providing comprehensive education to clinical staff. Prior to NDoscopy Dysphagia Specialists, she was the Director of Clinical Education at Passy-Muir, Inc and has also worked previously as Director of Speech-Language Pathology at Barlow Respiratory Hospital and Research Center in Los Angeles, CA. As a current member of the Passy-Muir, Inc team as a Clinical Consultant, she presents courses on dysphagia and communication management at conferences and universities throughout the nation.
